MY KARMA IS THE REFLECTION OF MY SOUL

Sometimes in the life we have a feeling in-spite of all good things, honest effort to nurture the relation with particular person that person is giving us back a fake relation. Many times question comes WHY should I take negative when I give positive? Answer to this question is very simple I am my soul and all my actions are the reflection of my soul not the reflection of others action. Most of the times we ignore the truth and feels bad, anxious, on others cold reaction on our warm feelings of love, understanding etc. We pat our feelings lets give this person one more chance or that doesn’t deserve me or that person is waste f time and energy. But the reality is our karma is driving our action and our soul is filled with love, kindness, gratitude, honesty and that is the reason we are able to give positive energy because we have all that inside us which has no connection with others action. Shift your focus and see you are giving what you have not borrowing from others and giving. You have all good inside you that makes you humble, kind human because of your karma and your soul. The soul which is inside you reflect in your karma. Later that kindness of your karma can change the world and make every one a kind human because with your karma you are activating law of karma which says do go good and good will come back, the energy which is going out will comeback, what you sow shall reap, everything is boomerang, understand your karma and let your karma be a light in the universe to make this planet a beautiful place. We simply need to accept and understand the law of karma: what is happening to us is because we deserve that, there is a energy which controls everything good or bad , our acceptance of the situations, experiences without asking why leads us to good karma…

EVERYONE’S PERSPECTIVE IS RIGHT

Everyone has their perspective and we can’t decide whose perspective is right and whose perspective is wrong.

The difference of perspective is not based on right or wrong but it based on the different experiences of individuals and their journeys. It is not correct to say that someone has bitter experiences in life that is the reason their perspective is wrong.

We can’t justify any one’s perspective but to understand and respect every perspective is on to us. Perspective is the lens through which we see the world and everyone has their lens, all lens are right. Sometimes they can be blurry but not wrong so to respect and accept everyone’s perspective becomes one’s duty for humanity. But it is also important to understand that perspective is not truth but one’s experience so no one can reach any conclusion for the basis of perspective.

Everyone is entitled to their lens which is not of justification truth. One should not force others to see, understand, and accept things from their perspective because they have a better experience of life. We all are different then each other and universe teaches us this, when you see your fingers they all are in different size and every finger is equally important, you can’t decide which is least important and which is most important in the similar manner universe gives us different experiences of life which differentiate everyone’s perspective but never defines right or wrong.

We have so many fights, hatred, revenge just to protect one’s perspective and to prove that others perspective is wrong and ignorant of that every perspective is based on the different experiences.

If we understand the relationship between perspective and experience it would be a gift to humanity.

Perspective is just one’s experience not the definition of truth…..

UNIVERSE IS WORKING FOR YOU

The entire universe is working in our favor.

Every day I live this that universe always is at work for us and gives us selective options which we asked, not others asked for us and there are no limitations in the working of the universe but we limit our thoughts because of our limited awareness about the universe and how it works.

The majority of the people believe that life is not good with their belief they send messages to the universe that they are expecting life to no good and we should that universe works on our command and they asked for themselves life which is not good. The universe always expects us to show our thoughts and universe show us a miracle to make our thoughts possible.

Always set your focus on what exactly you want from life and once the focus is set universe starts working to which humans call a miracle. The miracle is your clarity of thoughts and what you want from your life.

The universe understands your desires and grants you, your desires once the message is sent. We attract what we want, the kind of life we receive is because we asked for it not the universe wants to give us. Don’t go for possibilities while preparing your desires everything is possible for the universe just get yourself ready to receive.

The universe is too good at its work if you are not getting what you have asked for is because of your belief system who reminds you that you are not fortunate enough to get things so easily in life or there is struggle always on your way.

We attract our thoughts and universe to understand our thoughts and give us the same life as we expect we should get from our thought system. If we have fears in our thoughts universe grants us fears too. People who have negative thoughts universe give them the same life and people with positive thoughts get positive life as per the law of the universe.

Thoughts are powerful and communicate with the universe for you all the time, control your thoughts to get the desired life.

The secret is the universe creates and provides all the possibilities of the thought we focused on.

DRIVE YOUR EMOTIONS AND TAKE DECISION

Emotions drive human behavior. When you sharpen your emotional skills you make your self stronger. Once you gain control over your emotions you become mentally stronger who decide his emotional state.

There is no hard and fast rule or some specializations, certificates, minimum experience to control emotional state, fortunately, anyone can be better at controlling his/her emotional state. It is also a skill like other skills that anyone can adopt with regular practice and dedication.

Generally, when you experience uncontrollable emotions you don’t say anything just stuck with that emotion and put a pause on to your emotional state, then you don’t feel anything because you paused yourself at that moment and your behavior your reaction towards any event/situation is the reflection of that uncontrollable emotion which happened in past.

So it is very important to strengthen your emotional state and handle your emotions for your benefits. One very simple way of handling uncontrollable emotion is to re frame it with some other emotion which fuels your emotional state at that moment. Never allow yourself to be carried away with any emotion and take decisions based on emotion which is not rational.

Emotions and decisions are connected and with every decision, you are writing your future. Sometimes while taking a decision you believe a particular decision is based on logic but that is not true, the decision is based on emotional state.

Logic is also an emotional state but while deciding if can feel your intuitions or our strong gut feeling then that decision is free from any uncontrollable emotion because you can’t experience two states at one time. But when one master the skill of being emotionally intelligent then decision taken by them will be positive decisions.

To be emotionally intelligent one needs to understand from where particular emotion is coming and how this emotion can affect your decision and this decision is going to reflect in the future. All the detailed understanding of emotion will show the path to handle and drive till you reach your decision which will create your future with positivity and success.

With continuous practice, you will master the skill of listening and understanding your emotion and then take conscious decision remembering that your future is based on the decisions you take today.

Everything is a skill and skill needs practice and dedication, master the skill of driving your emotions with understanding of your emotions.

FORGIVENESS IS FOR OWN GROWTH AND HAPPINESS

Forgiveness is something we do to us, not to others.

When we hold on anger, hurt, pain that is going to harm us more rather other people.

Forgiveness frees us to live our lives in our way in the present where our anger, hatred, regret towards someone is giving up our power to that person and locked our self in that moment of past.

Forgiveness is not our kindness to others wrong, but we forgive people to love our self. When we hold the feeling of anger, hatred toward someone for a long then we surrender ourselves to negativity for someone’s action which is affecting our life more than theirs.

Release peacefully negativity toward others and shift your anger to forgiveness. Allow positive energy of the universe to hold you, embrace you. Forgiveness is an inner process where we let go of feelings and thoughts toward someone who we believe has wrong which includes our self.

Yes, that is also important to forgive ourselves for some action which we later regret. Forgiveness helps us to get free from the control of the other person who harmed us.

Forgiveness leads us to the feeling of empathy, limiting beliefs, a different perspective, for the one who hurt us. It is the best way to make other people realize that they have done wrong and when we forgive them they experience the feeling of guilt which is the most painful feeling. Whereas hold hatred and thinking of revenge is a never-ending cycle, which locks us in the past and darkens our present opportunities.

Our forgiving others for their sin is our step towards humanity and allowing our self to live in our present with happiness and attract success.

Forgiveness is not easy it makes you stronger and prepares you for future success.

HANDLE YOUR EMOTIONS

Handle your emotions or let your emotions handle you e.g when you react right away.

Reacting immediately to your emotional triggers can be a mistake and you need to forgive your emotional triggers.

Handling of emotions depends upon the awareness of the feeling, be aware of all your feelings and try to name your feelings and reason for particular feelings and how do you know about that feeling which part of yours is the communicator of that feeling to your brain.

Awareness is must don’t hide how do you feel from yourself, find out the reason for that specific feeling, stop blaming others, yourself, or your ignorance. Accept all your emotions gracefully with a relaxed mind to handle beneficially, use it as a fuel, not as a fire.

I am not supporting that you bury all emotions inside your heart they might explode and become destructive and put you at risk of heart disease. But my point is to handle emotions mindfully.

Acceptance of emotions is very important to handle them and later you can interchange the context of that emotion in a positive supporting way. Distraction plays a good role while handling emotion, distract yourself with some other memory. Go for a walk or excuse yourself for some time from that particular place so you can release unwanted emotions.

Communication is also important to handle the emotional outburst. Once you master the skill of handling your emotions then you can better understand other’s emotions too and the reason behind their action and their thought process which is the foundation of leadership skills in you.

Birth of humanity also starts when one recognizes the emotions of others and to understand others emotion one need to practice the skill of understanding and managing their own emotions. Everything is a skill and skill needs practice…

OVERCOME YOUR WEAKNESS

Weakness is the seed of strength.

We all have weaknesses inside us and the important is to recognize and accept our weakness gracefully.

The day we accept the seed of weakness then our love towards the weakness converts it into the strength. The biggest weakness of humans is their sins, wrong deeds, etc. The day human decides to accept all wrong actions of past that day they start the fresh chapter of life toward success and happiness.

Believe me if one wants to experience strength, power, success, happiness one must know the feeling of failure, weakness in some areas. If you know your biggest weakness that is the blessing because that area of your life will be your future strength which will bring success to you.

No need to feel sad for any of your weakness, your acceptance of weakness is the start of your new story. But important is to not allow any of your weakness to dominate your life. Weaknesses are your old habits holding your dreams and not allowing you to believe in the power of your dreams.

There is no magic to overcome weakness in one day you need to devote some time to your life to overcome the weaknesses of your life.

The first very important point in overcoming any weakness is your honesty towards yourself, yes your honest opinion and clear thinking because we almost lie with ourselves in our life daily.

In the process we have to fight with our self-ego too it is also one of the ingredients which need to address. Once the communication started then one has to find where does it come from, the reason for the weakness and story behind it which is supporting the weakness.

Now the weakness is known and the support reason for the presence of weakness, it will become easy to transform it into strength. Make a plan to overcome with new habits and practice every day in life. The day you start your journey towards overcoming your weakness with small plans you will feel confident and your goal will be clear.

KARMA ACTION REACTION

The law of Karma is the natural law of action and reaction. As per Newton’s law of physics “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” Our placements today in our lives are as per our past Karma’s but we control and create our tomorrow with our Karma’s of today.

We reap what we sow so be mindful in all your actions as our actions maintain the balance sheet of all our karma. Karma is an activity we perform in our life.

Karma creates a cycle of our action and reaction, followed by another karma, all living creatures who are a part of this cycle naturally experience both happiness and sadness. But one can be happy and satisfied in this cycle the moment he/she understands that their today’s state of mind is because of past karma so accept your today and practice to control your today’s karma to get the desired outcome for future.

Your actions are sometimes based on other’s reactions so practice to control your thoughts with the belief in superpower/God and everyone is a part of God and God is present in each moment, every action, of all human beings. Practice accepting God in all forms Anger, hatred, failure, success, invention, happiness, etc, Because God/Supreme power wants us to experience all colors of life our acceptance of God’s plan blesses us with fruitful Karma’s.

How to differentiate good karma or bad karma. The answer to this is very simple if the reaction of our karma is positive that defines positive karma and if the reaction to our karma is negative, then negative karma. In simple, we can say that reactions are the result of our Karma’s which defines the nature of our Karma, and whatever is happening in someone’s life is because they are attracting that through their actions.

Karma mirrors our actions too if we show goodness and kindness we attract all goodness and kindness…

THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS

Unless you control your thoughts you can’t control your actions. Thoughts and actions are linked with each other.

Our actions are based on our thoughts, if one wants to control actions then thoughts must be monitored and altered. One must filter the nature of thoughts as negative thoughts lead us far from the desired action. Visualization is a wonderful tool to control the thoughts for the desired actions. Mostly we live on the auto piolet mode where our thoughts are based upon our experiences, our geographical limits, born religion, our culture and they all might not favorable to our desired action, we need to disassociate our-self from the auto piolet mode which is a very important step to control our actions.

Lord Krishna also explained this to the Arjuna during the battle of Mahabharata. Thoughts arise through you as long as you don’t attach any specific meaning to them. The very first thing to control thoughts is observing them because we can’t change them until we give them proper meaning and association with our actions.

Thoughts are those feeling which comes to our mind factory without any agenda and with our mindfulness, we accept or reject as per our requirement. Mindfulness needs practice daily and then we master the skill of navigating our thoughts. At last reframing of old beliefs is required.

The algebra of your thoughts decides your reality and you see clearly what action do you want and not what you don’t want. You save your time from spending on the thoughts which are pulling you away from your desired action.
