All humans can cultivate GRATITUDE.
It is not difficult it requires neither demands nor any certification; it just takes a few moments to focus on all that you have rather than focusing on what you don’t have or what you think you rightfully deserve.
Once you develop an attitude of gratitude you will be on the satisfaction level at life scale. Believe me, to cultivate gratitude it doesn’t cost any money and of course, doesn’t take much time but the results are marvelous.
It is scientifically proven that gratitude improves physical and psychological health, moreover, grateful people experience fewer pains and much healthier than other people. It is not surprising that grateful people take care of their health, they have their fitness rituals: exercise, walk, yoga, swimming, etc.
On the psychological side, gratitude improves happiness and reduces depression. Gratitude makes us all emotionally balanced, happier, and more positive.
Gratitude is beneficial for the well being of society too. After all, happy people are always fun to be around, their aura spreads positivity and happiness all around. Grateful people always have a wider network, more friends, trustworthy relationships.
Gratitude increases empathy and reduces aggression among people. Grateful people were more likely to behave calmly if others are not kinds to them. Grateful people are calm, composed hardly retaliate against others even on the negative feedback. They are more empathetic and sensitive.
Gratitude makes us more optimistic and positively changes our perspective even in challenging times. When we know that gratitude is not only a word but a magical one so why not embrace this word in our lives and start practicing gratitude on an everyday basis as a ritual.
