TAKE ACTIONS FOR YOUR DREAMS

Once you take action for your dreams even a small step then dreams become your reality. They become the dream to which you start living. Action is a bridge between your dream and your reality.

Believe in your dream if you want to achieve it, the belief of others is not important but your belief is a must in order to achieve. If you can believe in your dream, you will surely achieve it.

Don’t keep your dream a secret dream, share it with others. Drop your expectations from your dream, you simply need to believe in your dream. Everything in life is a dream and our actions make it a reality e.g for a baby who is getting trained to stand with support running is a dream at that specific moment and baby’s eyes sparkle when the baby sees other kids running and playing.

Be confident about your dream and dream needs two things from you to believe and act. Be committed to your dream and embrace failures in the process as a necessary part of the process. Remind yourself every failure takes you closer to your dream and its reality.

Dreams come true, even impossible ones too. Your duty is to give your 100% belief and take action. I always have a close association with my dreams since childhood and people call me dreamer even my parents but that can never stop me from dreaming big every day. Now I again have a dream to which I nurture every day with my small steps but the achievement of my new dream is going to be very big. My humble request to all my readers live your dream with full belief and take action.

LIVE LIFE WITHOUT BEING JUDGMENTAL

When we judge others it affects us more than the other people. Our judgment says more about us rather than others.

Through judgments, we convey the message of how we perceive the world, in simple words, it shows about our preconceptions of the mind. We can simply interchange our judgments with our curiosity and observation about other people.

To adopt this new approach we should simply ask ourself few questions when we judge others: Is it because of my preconceptions, Is it because of my experiences/knowledge, Is it because of my limited beliefs or limited exposure of the world, Am I jealous or biased, does this judgment speak of me rather than others. Once we found an answer to our question it will be easy to interchange.

Let us turn our judgment to be more positive. It’s not about whether one is right or wrong, but it is all about how we perceive the world. Our perceptions become our reality. We need to embrace the difference between us and other people. There is a possibility that they don’t see the things that you see, their goals and desires are not like yours, maybe they have a different life philosophy and values in life.

The simple rule to practice is if you want others to not judge you, you too stop judging them.

The thing that irritates us about others leads us to a better understanding of ourselves. When we stop judging others and accept them as who they are, we stop judging ourselves and let ourselves shine.

The very important thing is to stop judging life and let it flow naturally with its beauty and colors.

The moment we start practicing to stop being judgmental in life we self create a recipe of happiness and positivity

EMOTIONS

Emotions are created when the brain interprets what’s going on around us depending on our past experiences, thoughts, beliefs. They give a trigger to how are we feeling and we behave accordingly.

Our decisions too are influenced by the state of nature we are experiencing. Some times we take quick decisions which need our time to evaluate decision from other perspectives also because of our emotional state and its experiences at that moment of time. Emotions are a combination of our physiological arousal, psychological appraise, and subjective experience. All of the above depends on our experiences, background, culture, etc. This is one of the reasons that different people have different emotional states when in similar circumstances. When we move in our daily lives, we experience a variety of emotions.

An emotion is a subjective state that we described as our feelings. Actually, emotion is an indicator of the subjective state that affects us intensely, and that occurs in response to something we experience. Emotions are our conscious experience and intentional. Emotions are a very important tool when we are interacting with other people, it is important to give clues in interaction with other people about how are we feeling.

These clues might be in the form of our facial expressions etc. There are five basic emotions which we experience in our day to day lives and which affects all our actions and decisions. If we can manage those than we can manage our lives, our experiences. Anger, fear, happiness, surprise, sadness are a few emotions we experience no matter where are we in our lives.

The strongest emotion is fear the day we conquer our fears we won the half battle of our life… Practice to manage emotions mindfully

FOCUS ON YOURSELF AND NOT ON OTHERS

When you focus on others it not only causes stress, anxiety but you also miss the opportunities/experiences which are right in front of you for your further growth.

People often say, I have less than others or keep comparing themselves with others which brings unhappiness in their lives. Their eye is always on others and they miss what they have. Focus on others brings hatred too in their lives.

But a hundred dollar question is: How to focus on oneself instead of others. The answer is very simple, find out what is important for you and what is not. Once you decide and prioritize, learn to say no. Initially, it will be difficult to focus on yourself when you have a negative and judging inner voice.

Self-compassion will help you to have a positive inner voice and also stop comparing yourself with others. Self-compassion helps you feel more connected with others rather than comparing yourself with them.

One simple rule to focus on yourself and not on others is practice practice practice SELF COMPASSION… When you build self-compassion you focus on your similarities with others.

ATTRACT MIRACLES

We all can take control of our life by watching every thought, feelings closely, and make miracles happen in our lives.

To attract a miracle we should release ourselves from negative energy and always try to feel more grateful, spend less time with negative people, try to be less judgmental. Miracles are the ones that science can’t explain but you let them happen in your life by mindfulness.

Be grateful for the little things also and have confidence that you are attracting miracles all the time in your life. Miracles are following you all the time and don’t think much about your failures, take them as a part of the process.

We have to release ourselves from the limiting beliefs, negative feelings, and lack of faith in self-potential which blocks the natural flow of our energy/well-being coming to us. Spend some time with your energy only. Surround yourself with the good energy people who too are far away from judgments and their focus is to see the best in everyone.

This is a very important step in attracting miracles to surround oneself with the right energy people. The moment you realize how powerful it is to know that our thoughts and beliefs shape our lives and we attract what we experience in our world, the feeling is amazing. You will feel on top of the world because you unlock the thumb rule to make miracles happen anytime, anywhere in your life. No one is your driving your life it is only you who is at the driver seat with miracles happening all the time.

Understand the concept of giving and receiving which is an integral part of the flow of energy in the Universe. When you say no you cut off the possibility to yes.

Giving can be in any form Compliment, article, flower, kindness, blessing, prayer, etc. The universal truth is we all are connected and our creator is one and belongs to the same puzzle called life, the difference is in the placings and timings.

Start manifestations, practice gratitude, and attract miracles all the time…

ATTRACT WHAT YOU LIKE NOT WHAT YOU DON’T LIKE

To attract what you like not what you don’t like is simple just break the cycle of things you don’t like and change the story of manifestations.

Acceptance of past experiences is required but to change the story, not repeat the story, and to break the cycle.

When you start a day you have 24 hours of mystery to spend, don’t expect fears to come true, release yourself from all expectations and focus on the way you want it to be with full energy. Just remind one thing in your mind ” You never know, Universe /Superpower/God might have a surprise in the very next moment of your life.” Get yourself ready with all the Possible yes.

I too have a personal experience of attracting what I don’t like in my life with the statement ” I don’t like mountains and have a special love for sea”. We attract negations too, I attracted and resultant shifted at such a place where hills are facing my balcony.” Now I changed the cycle and always talk about my love for the sea, where I will start and end my day sitting in the balcony sipping my favorite drink, scheduling my appointments, etc. I have promised myself to talk about my likings and permanently deleted the don’t like button from my memory…

A simple shift goes a long way…

APPRECIATION IS A WONDERFUL THING

Appreciation is a seed to all good what is happening in the universe despite all wrongs. Appreciation is the acknowledgment of excellence in others which one can see when they too possess.

We know that it is not possible to serve when you have empty glass in your hand, similarly to appreciate you must possess the same in you as well. Appreciation is always appreciated and is a good source of motivation.

When you appreciate something you attract more of that e.g if you appreciate someone’s success you too attract success for you as a law of attraction principle. Appreciation is not an act but a very beautiful thing you have through which you can attract as per your focus. When you acknowledge the brilliance of others and appreciate, you attract brilliance for you. The great, genius minds always attract greatness for them through appreciation and law of attraction. It is a wonderful technique to use it every day in all your interactions with the world and your surroundings.

Appreciate the moment you are in now because it is something that will never come back. Don’t take anything for granted because the law of attraction is always on work and the things we take for granted will be taken away, then humans have a habit of missing those things which were on their side once but they never acknowledge.

Practice mindfulness…

Appreciation is one of the best motivators at work and even at school these days. When you appreciate people will always do more than what is accepted. Appreciation is magic.

BELIEVE ALWAYS HAPPEN

Believe is the key to miracles, so always tune your self believe that something wonderful is about to happen.

Get yourself always ready for the next moment in your life which is holding wonders for you.

Yes, that’s true you are at the right place, right time, the right environment, right people that have been designed for you by super power/God/Universe.

Believe in one thing that you are the favorite child of God and God pampers you always. Sometimes in my coaching sessions, I noticed one similar thing which is when people say: I don’t have a Godfather or you need Godfather to rise professionally or you always need someone’s hand on you. I disagree with there limiting thoughts because they are not seeing the real picture which is very different from what they are visualizing. The real picture is we all have God within us, behind us, everywhere around us but we doubt his presence and our abilities.

Let me explain this differently: Have you observe parent while teaching some life-lesson to the child in a positive manner, where the child is not agreeing on parents statement then parent thinks let my child learn practically and hold themselves immediately with the belief that we can’t feel the temperature of a hot boiling cup of milk until we sip, so let my child feel in their way and then will explain the further concept.

So God/Universe/Higher power does the same when we doubt his presence and his creativity while making us full of unique potentials and the reason he sends us where we are at this moment to feel the situation/event/circumstances just to give us the experience of everything.

So let be wise and understand that we are his all-time favorite and born to make wonders on this planet. Our prime responsibility toward our creator is just to believe that he is always with us and holding our hands at all times, our every step is he advises.

Once you give your belief to God/Supreme power/Universe rest will be taken care of on its own.

What you believe that only happens not otherwise. When God/Universe/Supreme power is on your side you don’t need to be a worry for anyone. God/Universe/Supreme power cares for everything that happens to you and through you and your responsibility is to believe in his presence around you always and play all moves of your life fearlessly, never think of failing.

Failing is also the process to reach your success point. Believe today is the day when a miracle has to happen in your life…

MOST POWERFUL THING WE POSSESS IS OUR BELIEF SYSTEM

Beliefs are the assumption we hold to be true.

Beliefs create our vision, our will to do things in a specific way.

Beliefs depend upon one’s perception and how they see things that are always going to be different than others.

Beliefs ignite one’s inner self to show them their unique abilities. Beliefs can make or change one’s life depending upon the placing of the belief. When one believes he has the potential to move mountain then no one can stop him or if one believes that he’s born to face challenges then he will receive only challenges.

A core belief which is everywhere these days is people are not trustworthy, the world is dangerous, people are fake, I can’t fix the world, happiness doesn’t exist, etc, If you see things are not the way you want them to then focus on your belief system and what communication is going on inside your head, you will get the path and why things are different.

We often see people go to fortune tellers to see what tomorrow holds or whether some particular event will happen in their future or not when things happen the way they plan with fortune-tellers they become the voice of that fortune teller and start spreading the power of his/her future predictions. Those voices of fortune tellers have already surrendered the possession of their belief system to the future predictor and forced others in different ways to follow their path and handover their possessions too and stop believing in the law of nature.

God/Universe/Higher power what name you call is one and we all are same for him and he gifted all of us the same potential but a delay is we doubt on his creation and handed over our possessions of a belief system to others.

The day you start believing in your potential and the power of your belief system you can create anything in the world, you can climb any mountain by simply believing in your potential.

When you are stuck somewhere in life despite all hard work and dedication just check your belief system and change the rules. See magic

LIVE THE MOMENT

Live the moment is not any heavy word to implement in life but simply means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future to explore ways to celebrate present.

When we live in the present we enjoy the moment and explore so many opportunities around us which we never considered earlier because most of the time humans are traveling in their self-created time machines some are traveling in the past while others are in the future.

The very few of this mankind who choose to be present fully explore their potentials and gifted our new inventions, discoveries, etc. They are not different from whom we call great souls/genius brains but they are the people who choose to be present and live the moment. e.g when the teacher is teaching in the class a very new concept the students who have connected with teachers wavelength and the flow of the concept understand for the lifetime without much effort other than students who are least interested in the class but focus on the time to get class over.

Live the moment is to connect with the surroundings we are: if sitting feels the chair, room temperature, breathing, etc.

Shift your focus to where you are right now and what best you can get from there to feel happy…Live the moment is a skill that can be developed by mantra practice, practice, and only practice.
