SMILE A PRECIOUS MEDICINE

Best medicine is smile which can work for any life threatening disease, long illness or life style disease and is most expensive not available everywhere but if you decide to give this medicine, the precious and magical one to every one great and surprisingly, you don’t have to go far to find this medicine, it is inside us but difficult is realization of this medicine….you can’t give what you don’t have. You must have heard Charity begins at home and the best charity is distribution of things ( one’s need ) to needy, so these days look around take a deep breathe, almost every single person needs SMILE as an emergency to cure themselves because of their own reasons and you can be the one carrying this medicine inside, just feel your most happiest moment of life and start spreading smile. Imagine someone is facing the end of their story as nothing is working, doctors gave up and disease is at the stage of incurable and your 2 minutes story gives him or her a dip into the story of your happiness and you transfer a desire in the person to create his own story of happiness resultant his incurable disease disappeared as it was never before. Everyone shocked and he started living his new transformed life with just 2 minutes of treatment: A dip in Happiness! When ever we take any medicine, we check compositions to avoid allergies etc. but spreading smile and happiness therapy is too good without any side effects. FEAR OF FAILING AND LIMITING BELIEF

People think they are going to fail, so they give up before trying this is limiting belief. Our mind is a factory where we manufacture thoughts and raw material used is our strong beliefs about anything. Factory keep manufacturing 24 x 7 with raw material our limiting belief. Fear of failing is so powerful that we know all rules of playing safe. Our beliefs also build by the feeling of past experiences. Fear of failing will never let us do anything which is inconvenient and with limiting belief we will never be able to create memories. We should change our old pattern of limiting belief and write new pattern where feeling of fear of failing is be careful and alert, never says stop, but says move with caution. Achievements are difficult with limiting beliefs but one can achieve any thing with new beliefs and rearrangement of limiting beliefs pattern. All beliefs are our past experiences, we can’t change but review them with new perspective. Its all perspective where we take fear of failing with new belief which says move with caution.

FAITH, DESIRE, ACHIEVEMENT IS A SKILL

Faith is the state of mind which we develop with practice, it is a skill and skill needs practice, practice and practice. Faith can be developed any time only if one is ready, to develop faith we need strong will, determination and one reason, just like fuel in the car is important for smooth run and clean fuel. Reason works as a fuel for FAITH and one should be clear then will and determination also board the faith ride. Affirmations continuity and repetition is also important tool to Faith, the more we repeat our reason, more we fuel our desire and it builds strong faith. Faith is a skill and it can be developed with practice, ask yourself what message you pass to your sub conscious through conscious. What is your faith about yourself for any desire, and how sure are you for its achievement. If you have 1% doubt mmmm its not possible or its going to take long then sadly but your doubt will win the battle because you are empowering negative affirmation. So be careful at time of practice any skill. Faith is the garden of miracles which you develop everyday with practice just like gardener water his plants everyday with strong belief of flowers. BE a gardener of your faith garden and waters everyday with positive affirmation. Faith removes limitations and open doors of opportunity then who cares if monsoon, autumn etc anything come because gardener is waiting only for spring…… Lets learn this skill of gardener focus spring and no wonder we enter the miracle world and and give world one more success story… Believe in you nothing is impossible….Sun comes after long night and if we are scared of the night we may miss morning sunrise that sunrise is our belief, Faith. Give your faith and believe to your achievements and believe in yourself after developing this skill you are ready to move mountain…

WE ATTRACT STRESS AND MAKE IT OUR PART

Stress is a feeling that comes when, people struggle to meet their demands, expectations. The most dangerous symptom of stress these days is spreading faster in kids. Very sad but my country Incredible India seem to be high as compared to other countries. About 89 percent of population says they are under stress in a humorous manner but not comfortable talking to anyone or themselves, why they are stressed? When stress took over all happiness, which was that moment? Work and finances are the key factor to stress, it starts from there and enter to our life like an unwanted guest and become infectious, started spreading through us to all who comes in our contact be it child or adult. To acknowledge stress at start is not a sign of our coward self but it says we are living and understood triggers and gives due hearing to our self. Should immediately start a reverse journey, you must have noticed while driving on the road, …..missed one turn what you do, continue on the wrong route or stop, reset your GPS and follow the right route to your destination. Stress also comes with trigger, one can feel at the sudden change of body temperature, that change is a trigger to stress. Take action and control rather allowed stress to control you…

Mindful

Sharing it. Mindful Consumption….

Overtime, I have realised that I am taking far more from the Universe than I will ever be able to give back. Hence began the pursuit of how can I be mindful of how much I truly need and what impact it creates when I am taking anything for my momentary pleasure. Be warned, I am no saint. I have needs and desires. But the constant exercise of differentiating between needs and desires has been an eye opener. The point is not about living unfulfilling/incomplete life, endeavour is to live responsibly, to live with conscience.

For eg:

1. Do I really need the water that is being poured in my glass at the restaurant? Will that water not go down the drain (literally) when I leave my table? Am I being fair to those who are walking miles for drinking water and yet what they get is hardly safe enough to consume?

2. Do I really need to wrap that gift by buying ‘free’ gift wrapping paper? Because that shiny/ non-biodegradable paper is going to be trashed (literally) once the gift is opened?

3. Do I really need to buy gifts when I am not sure if they will be used and needed by the receiver because I want to look good? Isn’t it wiser to buy fruits or dry-fruits with the same amount of money and with almost certainty that they will be consumed?

4. What do I do when I am at buffet? Do I listen to my stomach or do I fill my plate with everything available (either because its free or because I have paid for it all)?

5. What do I do when the guy at Subway (the foodchain) offers me two forks and four tissue papers when I am going to be eating alone? Do I return one fork and three tissue papers (or all four, if I carry my own hanky) to him or I just walk away from the counter and throw away unused forks and tissue papers?

6. Just because something is ‘bio-degradable’, should I use it? Can I even avoid a paper bag or a cloth bag because a tree was chopped to make that paper and earth was subjected to atrocities to create the piece of cloth? Can I ‘reduce’ my consumption even before thinking of ‘reuse’ or ‘recycle’?

7. What happens when I go to eat Thaali and there are so many things I know I might not eat (for eg katori of Dahi or that Bengali mithai) .. Do I return it immediately so that it can be offered to someone else or do I let it sit on my plate and leave it untouched only to be thrown away later?

8. Do I really need that cotton Kurti because it looks cool? The fashion industry is far more evil than what meets our eye. From what it does to the environment while growing cotton and jute to how it treats humans to how it treats textiles and garment waste is mind-bogglingly dirty.

9. Do I really need that extra pair of shoes because I don’t have ‘that’ particular shade of orange? Do I take into account that once processed, footwear is almost impossible to degenerate on face of the earth (including leather)?

10. Do I need to cook elaborate meals when guests visit me? Can I cook just enough so that everybody including myself can have a great time and no food is wasted (or we don’t continue to eat same food for next three days well after it has lost all its nutrients)

11. Do I need to buy things just because they are in sale and they are cheaper? Do I need to buy them because there is ‘return policy’? I was reading a case study on how big retail conglomerates dump returned goods in the ocean and its unbelievable how our oceans are constantly being subjected to waste created because of our greed.

12. Am I respectful when I am visiting a tourist destination? Do I take rules such as ‘keep silence’ ‘do not litter’ seriously enough? Do I allow the place to consume me or my overbearing presence consumes the place?

I have been asking these and such questions for a couple of years now.

What else can I ask? How else can I live mindfully?

DANGEROUS DISEASE OF THIS CENTURY IS STRESS

Stress is actually a normal part of life and it is the most dangerous disease of today’s world and we often called it a lifestyle disease and ignores, but it is spreading uncontrollably in all parts of the world and among all age groups starting from school going kids to senior citizens. Everyone has different stress triggers such as work stress, life stress, etc. and will differ based on your personality and how you respond to situations. When you are in a stressful situation body releases physical response in different ways, you may notice heartbeat speed up, breathing gets faster, muscle tense, sweating, etc. The body communicates with short stress time and symptoms are anxiety, headache, fatigue, stomach upset, etc and if stress is not properly addressed for long period it may cause several more serious problems. If you master to manage stress you can make a real difference to your health and can contribute to the world making it a stress-free population. The biggest lie we all carry with ourselves always……ask yourself or anyone HOW ARE YOU? The answer will be great, I m fine, good enough, and check the energy scale where is it on a 1 to 10 scale. People are so stressed that they don’t even know how are they? It’s not difficult to live stress-free we only have to replace it with some other thing…

OVERCOME FAILURES WITH ONE RULE CELEBRATE FAILURES

Why most people fail in life and very few who succeed? If we do analysis of world’s population, we have countable success stories but failure stories are uncountable….This is myth not true at all, if you re analyse your statement you will come to know, SUCCESS stories too have come from failures and difference is one…. success stories overcome number of failures and failure stories just 1 or 2 failure. The more failures, more we are near to our success understand this golden truth and celebrate all failures with full energy because every failure is a universe message to you that you succeed in unlocking one door to your opportunity. Success only comes with discomfort and it can’t be handed over to someone, it can’t be steal from anyone because it comes with persistence and believe in oneself. Great Thomas Edison failed 10000 times in his invention before receiving his first success, how many times you failed if you want to witness your incredible success…I attended one seminar few days back which says why to invent a wheel and waste energy if someone already invented a wheel we should keep rolling on that wheel, which contradicts my understanding about success we can learn from others failures and avoid those but no success can be achieved without failures, if you have a dream of your success then you must have your failures. If you have a dream of success than you should be fasten your seat belts to failure journey, because thats the only route to destination success. I live in a democratic country, which means Government for/of/by the people, one can’t decide the government it’s people who collectively decide in the same way one failure/attempt can’t decide anything,… more failures, more you near to your success. Celebrate and embrace all your failures because every failure brings an opportunity to success and signal that change your method .

BE THE MASTER OF YOUR ENERGY

Energy is everything and very important as whatever is happening around or within us is because of the nature of energy which we are attracting every single microsecond and it is not constant it keeps changing and is controlled by our powerful mind. If you see with some strong electronic microscope and do some experiments will surely notice, humans, are made up of clusters of forever changing the energy in the form of the electron, proton, neutron, and some other subatomic particle. You must have witnessed some time in your life, some current or shock or spark with the touch of silk, synthetic, metal or human touch mostly in winters that also happens with energy but when positive proton or negative neutron comes in contact with each other as opposite attracts

The human body is comprised of nine systems circulatory, endocrine, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and urinary system. There is a chain structure where the system is made of Tissues and Organs, tissues and organs made of Cells, cells are made of molecules, molecules are made of atoms, atoms are made of Subatomic particles and finally, subatomic particles are made of ENERGY. You are one of the powerful human beings and delay is in the realization of your powers because of wrongly placed energy and it is in your control only. It’s a very simple exercise that always mirrors your emotions e.g whatever positive or negative is coming, you master the algebra of your emotions and immediately press reset and use a formula to keep your mind powerful. Your energy is in your control and can make you anything if you master to handle it. Thoughts are the creator of your energy and can strengthen it. Powerful thoughts are not only important but positive or negative is important. The nature of thought attracts the same nature of energy.

Why people are engage in controlling situations/others ?

We all have limited time on this beautiful planet and sadly most of us are only engage in controlling others in different ways as per their own dictionary. Resultant when fail start again with more energy as they don’t want to leave any opportunity to prove that world revolves around them. Great they are on big project no wonder if any one get success in the mission of controlling situations/people and can share their control model with the world and can be applied to control environment global warming. Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring, Rainy we enjoy all seasons never try to hold one season are waste our precious energy in holding the season, we enjoy all seasons with their own beauty same methodology apply to yourself and look for opportunities in all situations. Whatever situation/people you are meeting in your journey contributing to your success only… change your perspective of looking around and looking at yourself, everything will change…you too will witness your unstoppable success journey..

ARE YOU READY TO DREAM

Dream its humorous, its not skill that you need to train yourself. Every human dream but very few have the courage to nurture their dream with all support and timely action. Lets have a look from the perspective of a energetic, smart, confident and young female who saw a dream of motherhood and excited to experience new phase of her life, knowingly that her dream is an expensive dream, not financially but she has to surrender all comforts of her life(sleeping, work schedule) and make adjustments from the day of having a dream. Everything will change eating habits, daily routine etc just to fulfill the dream and she is ready to pay any cost, not yet conceived and sometimes if we google around we have so many single mothers who can become an inspiration for those who fear to dream because of XYZ reason …In the same manner, Why can’t you also think from the perspective of a young woman’s dream and take your dream. I am sure you too have a DREAM, conceive your dream, and hear your inner voice without fear of failing…..When woman conceive, she is not even bother with the sex of child, life of the child, how child will look at the age of 20, 40, academics etc….. She just enjoy every phase, feel it and live it totally with one believe GO WITH THE FLOW. You too can do this with your DREAM starting with the conception of the dream, most important is to believe in your dream and set a goal. If you are playing safe with your dream to avoid failing, which is an indication your believe is not with the dream. YOU are a successful player to play the game of your dream with all positive energy and remember if your dream is not giving you discomfort its not your dream, you are a part of someone else dream. Players practice hard everyday to prepare themselves for the game.
