Learn to respond but not react. Reacting is mostly a sign of insecurities and fear. It’s not considered to be a rational and appropriate way to react. Reacting is emotional and aggressive though. The best reaction is no reaction and saves humans from unwanted emotional and mental stress. Everyone needs to believe in themselves and keep the self piece on the priority list. Most important and precious is happiness.
Responding is taking the situation into consideration and being able to decide the best course of action based on understanding, compassion, grace, respect to all souls, cooperation, etc. The golden mantra for responding is not to react to the feelings and calm down
