When you feel good everything around you becomes good and you end up attracting more good things in your life. Feeling good is the impression of a high serotonin chemical in one’s system. You all are already aware that the serotonin chemical plays an important role in one’s life. It is the key ingredient to manage mood, well-being, and happiness.

If one keeps a check on the serotonin chemical present in the body like we regularly check our health then it will be very easy for everyone to feel good all the time. Everything is connected in this universe with one another and works in harmony to make it beautiful as well as in the life of humans too. Everyone is connected in one way or another because they all have come from the same energy.

Let me explain this more interesting as everyone knows that one color can’t make a rainbow. We need all seven colors for the rainbow and not only colors but appropriate weather conditions etc. They all work in harmony with one another to create a rainbow and every single input is equally important for the rainbow creation and it’s a long process where everyone has their role to do like rain, clouds, wind, weather, sunlight, etc.

Similarly, if we humans learn something from the energy to which we all belong then the experience of life on our planet earth will change and we witness happiness, laughter all the time. I often heard people say to be the change you want or feel good all the time, be positive but believe me there is a huge gap between what they say and what they do. The moment people learn to live the words that they say on public or social platforms everything on this planet will change for everyone.

Controlling your energy is not to set rules for your life but controlling your energy is to let the energy flow in its natural form the way it flows for the baby.

If the energy you generate design your life then visualize a baby and think that you have to feel and respond like a baby for a few days and you want the trophy of the best actor who is going to perform the role of a baby for another couple of days.

This is no difficult exercise, just do it and see the miracle of energy you generate during the time of your role play. Once you understand that Energy is everywhere and it is not complex but humans have made it so complex that they are creating energy all the time which is the opposite of their goals.

When you understand the law of attraction then it will be very easy to create your dream journey and make it real. The law of attraction says you create more of what you are generating. Energy is everywhere if you see from a microscope you can see that something is moving all the time which is energy. The scientific definition of energy is it can never be created nor destroyed and is present everywhere.

There is no way on our planet earth where we can hide anything yfrom energy. The energy we create that defines our journey, happiness, fears, success, failures, etc. Energy knows all in outs of people so the energy one generates creates the experiences of lives. People often say I know everything, but if they know everything, then why pen to write about the future is not in their hands.

People visit fortune tellers after creating all energies to support fear and negative things. Everyone I meet in the sessions always carries positive energy in their perception but always gets excited when they talk about the struggles of others.

So the energy they create is negative and attracts the same in their lives and you will be surprised to know they all have addresses of fortune tellers, astrologers, card readers, etc. Just observe the fear they have and worry about their future which leads them to visit different places and then blame the time is not right.

Strongly believe that these are some karmas of the past life which are coming and it’s a phase which will get over if they do some activities the harm will be fewer things will become fine after some time. During all the above-mentioned processes the energy involved is negative.

So it is important to be aware of the energy your aura carries and its regular cleansing. You must have observed that few people are defensive of everything which is again the result of negative energy. Most of the time people move into defensive mode in the light of ignorance of why and what they are doing again the result of negative energy. It becomes the duty and responsibility of individuals to release negative energy and do regular cleansing of themselves.

Negative energies are poisonous and tend to destroy the entire system of humans. There are different ways to look for it such as how one can cleanse the entire system which is affected by negative energies. But the interesting thing is everyone on this planet is very positive and is ready to debate on the topic of positivity, I am not saying for the sake of saying but have witnessed this in my sessions with many clients where they call themselves positive but people around them are negative.

Due to ignorance they always forget the unique working of the law of attraction and end up attracting everything they don’t want. This is not with one or few but the majority of the world’s population creates this kind of energy. It is very important to get rid of the negative energy which initially affects our mind, body, and then the whole universe. Release it when you feel it and do cleansing of yourself and the environment around you will automatically get clean.

Later you can feel the new energy around you and inside you which is so likable and can change every experience of yours because of the law of attraction…

The state of awareness is where one knows all micro-movements and changes in one’s physiology. When your consciousness is trained enough to distinguish the experiences of your physical body and neurons.

When one enters the state of awareness the autopilot mode takes a back seat because most of our actions and thoughts are driven by the autopilot mode and one experiences the feeling of a beautiful world which is worth living.

The practice of gratitude comes naturally to every human when they are living a life of awareness. Every moment is the moment of enlightenment in the state of awareness.

People are connected no matter they have differences in opinion because the state of awareness makes it easy for people to accept each other with one belief in energy. No one is more enlightened or less, more fortunate or less, everyone’s place is decided by the universe/ higher power/ god for some particular purpose.

The state of awareness will make it easy for people to accept all challenges, opportunities, successes, failures because they understand the fact that it has nothing to do with them. Everything is the plan of Higher power and humans have to simply follow with the excitement their journey and give all faith to the energy.

Once people enter a beautiful state of awareness then they unwrap miracles in all their actions or for the world they will become a magnet that can attract anything anytime…

When you call more of one energy you draw that energy into your life e.g if someone talks about disease, success, failure, wealth, struggle, etc will bring the same energy into their life. When someone wants prosperity they talk about prosperity and create consciousness for prosperity; resultant energy will open all supplies of abundance into one’s life. We all are different and so we have different passions, likings, requirements, etc. Based on the differences of choices we all call different energies into our life.

There are people who call for peace all the time, then their energy creates more reasons for the peace around them and they are not cowards. There is one example of peace energy that converts into a powerful movement and got my country India independence from British rule and we call that energy The Great Mahatma Gandhi.

Your energies are the opportunities or threats to the planet earth depending on where are they going or what energies you are calling more under your umbrella. The energies are like your savings and investments. You should be very careful while drawing more into your life because you need to awaken yourself and get very clear that what you want more into your life and don’t give any energy to what you don’t want.

I have coached a few people who say all the time I don’t want fights, problems, stress, anxiety and you will be surprised to know they draw only that into their life because they are calling the similar energies with the light on and talk about them all the time.

The universe accepts the energy you release as you are placing an order and arranges everything the same. It’s unbelievable and something magical. Believe me, practice it with small things first then you will realize that you are the only driver of your life there is no one else who is driving and controlling your life.

If you can match with what you want and what you think all the time not only for you but for every individual present on this planet whether connected or not connected with you that creates the energy with the frequency which can change your journey.

Do good and good will come to you but who is bringing that good back to you. The answer is simple: it is energy that will bring things/ experiences.

We already know this, then come up with their experiences and perceptions on everything then advocate their perceptions and experiences. There is no doubt that the universe responds to everything there can be a delay but it responds. Every thought we create consciously or subconsciously the universe always receives and says granted.

There is a misconception between humans that if they follow some rituals the way generations are following then the only universe accepts their wish and say granted. There are different religions and every religion has set the rituals to impress higher power and believes if they walk on the preset practices and principles then they can impress and convince higher power for their interest.

Somehow due to ignorance people forget that the universe responds to everything people offer whether in the light moments or serious moments, favorable thoughts or unfavorable thoughts.

We, humans, are social animals so it is natural for people to socialize and meet other people. These days we have technology in our hands so it becomes easier to travel for thoughts from one place of the world to another place and create vibrations.

The universe responds to the vibration one creates with the help of the law of attraction. The law of attraction is not an editor, it simply reacts to the vibration one creates it can be for good or bad.

Everything is entirely in the hands and control of an individual. You get the same vibrations you release because the universe is working as a transmission device. It receives the signal from your vibration, converts it, and gives you back.

This is not the job of the universe/ higher power to look at what is good or bad for you; it simply reacts to the vibration you create. The thoughts your mind generates, emotions you feel while connecting with anyone creates frequency and vibrate which gives a signal to the universe.

I have often heard people say in my sessions the world is not good, people are bad, no one is trustworthy, everyone is materialistic, people only connect with others to get something, there is no word called acceptance and appreciation, people look for faults, etc.

Of course, they will get the same experience every time because they create vibrations through all mediums like thoughts, feelings, perception, etc. There is no difficult rule, it’s simply that the universe responds to everything you are saying, how you are feeling, what you are doing. It responds to your words, thoughts, actions, feelings. The universe has no special or hard feeling for you; it responds to the vibration you create in this world. Over the years I have realized people like to talk about other people, their experiences, their failures, their behavior, most importantly intentions and they create vibrations for themselves due to ignorance of how the universe works.

If you understand the game of vibrations then you can attract miracles all the time in your life….

If someone needs to change their experiences of life or want to enter another level in their life then they should first need to be aware of their inside experiences. When the individual has a clear picture of what one wants to feel, how one needs to behave, and what is the goal then the journey becomes very easy for those who understand the game of psychology and take all access in their control.

The moment you take access to your psychology you become a master of your mind and behavior. Once your behavior is accessible to you then you can achieve everything depending upon the context of behavior.

These people have practiced games of psychology so much that they have access to them as well as your psychology. 99% of the human population on earth live a life of ignorance and their psychology is accessible by the rest 1% of the population which uses them as per their interest and motives.

Everything we act, do, think or make others do, think, behave is possible only after entering into one’s psychology and taking it into our control. Due to ignorance we always think leaders are born to lead, preachers are connected with God by birth, media influencers are charismatic people but the reality is everything is a skill and anyone can master any skill at any time in their life.

The moment you are ready to learn any new skill and practice religiously then you can change the graph…

No one definition can define toxic people. A person can be toxic in many ways and you accept them in your life with the thought that they are wired like this. But this is something to be taken on a serious note that toxic people carry negative energy along with them and have a tendency to upset anyone.

Toxic people are in general dealing with their problems and there is too much noise inside their system. To avoid that noise they create noise outside and you will find yourself defending without even knowing what makes you sit at a chair of the defender while you are in your calm state.

It is very easy to find a toxic person when you find yourself with someone who is not supportive, emotionally unhealthy, has an opinion for everything, always looking for benefits from you, and is competitive. If you summarise they drain your energy when they are around and you feel bad about meeting them again.

When your energy drains then your body is not in a healthy emotional state. If your body is not in a healthy emotional state then any disease can come and stay there. However, in today’s world, we label them with lifestyle diseases.

Allowing toxic people in your life is like sowing the seed of lifestyle diseases in your life. Be your shield and save your energy from toxic people because you are not on a holiday on this planet.

There is a reason why you are here. Serve the reason, the energy of the universe is always with you and you don’t need any approval from anyone. Like you they are only a tourist with a job card on this planet with limited time.

Everything on this planet is made up of energy and it is your responsibility to save your energy…
