It is true that what you focus on grows and becomes a part of your life. The important thing in your life is that you are the creator of your life and you create what you focus on. The focus is your invention when you focus on something you create for yourself.

So, the equation is FOCUS = CREATION, life is very simple and it is very easy to create any kind of life you want. You should give your attention to what you want because your attention is your focus. When you are clear about your focus then you attract that in your life.

Many times I meet people whose focus is directed by the fortune tellers in the form of opportunities or threats their tomorrow is bringing because their stars say that not the fortune-tellers. The good deal is they meet a specific fortune teller who can narrate the opportunity or threat their stars hold for the future and prepare them. But this pandemic has told humans no one on this planet can read, predict, control, etc the energy of the higher power/ universe/ God.

Allow yourself to live life without the captivating narrations of future tellers and give your focus to what you want in your life because that expands all the time. Let people laugh at you if that gives them happiness, remember their focus is on you all the time, not their goals or dreams.

But you focus on what you want in your life, now you are aware of the unique workings of the universe so grab everything you want with your focus. The people who are on the side of giving or taking stay the same forever on their journey because that is what they focus on all of the time. There is one more interesting thing among humans that they don’t believe that the universe has abundance, they do say but don’t live the life of their words and believe in control and power which misguides their focus that’s what they attract and grows in their lives in ignorance. There is no difficult rule or filters which are available for a few fortunate or blessed souls. Every soul living on this planet is a lovable and favorite creation of the higher power/ universe/ God.

The universe has abundance for everyone. The delay is because of the focus because you get what you focus on. If your focus is happiness, success, power, wealth, health, opportunities you get but if your focus is on failure, challenges, sickness, evil people you get that too. The Universe wants you to be happy and have a good time on this planet during your stay.

The universe/ Higher power/ God doesn’t expect much from you other than you should have your best time with your authentic self during your stay on this planet and remember you are a part of the universe like other people. The love and abundance of the universe are for everyone.

The difference among humans is the plan of the universe, humans have nothing to do with it. But your focus and the kind of life you want for yourself are in your control. Focus on what you want to grow in your life….

LISTEN YOURSELF CAREFULLY

Every decision you take is based on the pillars of your belief or what you pretend to believe. Sometimes you ignore your real voice under the influence of the pretended belief and take decisions. The story of your life revolves around the decisions you take which depend upon your map of the world.

The famous phrase penny wise pound foolish suits here; when you take decision thinking of your current environment, positioning and the people who too are in the pretending world i.e penny wise but when you see the broader picture of 10 years down the line where you are narrating your story to someone that how you lose the great opportunity because of not listening to yourself carefully which supports pound foolish.

When you decide to walk it also requires your decision whether to take the first right foot forward or left foot forward, just an example to show you everything, every move you take in your life demands a decision. Your decision has the power to remove obstacles with the goals when you take them in the light of your belief. All of the decisions you take in your time on this planet will make your story and remember people forget everything you say or do but always remember your story.

What you say, what you do, how you deal with the world, your perception of the people, your dominating attitude, your kindness, your beliefs about yourself that you are smart enough and others are fools, you are a giver or a taker, etc everything is adding a chapter to your story. It is entirely your decision to fit yourself in any kind of story you choose for yourself. The choices you make to live life and the decisions you make based on the choices will tell your story for years from now and the world will know you through the decisions you take today and the kind of life you create. My request is to take every decision in the light of awareness and listen to yourself all the time. That is perfectly okay if you are not feeling good for some reason. Ignoring that is not good but accepting and listening will make your story a great story. 

Visualize the story you want to tell to your grandkids when you grow old and now match them with the decisions you take today. Don’t take any decision which defines you as an individual who is not trustworthy or a big liar because every decision you take is becoming a part of your story.

You are making your story and creating your life with the decisions you take. If you understand the importance of decision-making and how decisions can make or break your journey, then you will always practice making decisions in the light of awareness. Always listen to yourself carefully because when you hear your inner voice that can change your story and take it to another level. Accept love and hatred both if you feel them in your inner voice because that also plays an important role in making your story which you will tell after years to the younger generations as well as your grandkids…

The reason I am writing and you are reading is because of energy. Our presence on this planet at this time of life in the current bodies is not by chance or privileges but is the decision of higher power/ Universe/ God/ Energy

. You can pick your name but the energy which controls everything is one. But somehow the humans have forgotten the existence of energy in all the times good as well as bad and surrender themselves in ignorance to the physical bodies which exist in different forms in their lives, sometimes parents, masters, religious leaders, leaders, bosses, spouses, etc, and do everything to please them.

In the process, they completely off track themselves from the light and power of energy. People trust the physical bodies which are at certain positions/roles in their lives with the belief that they control their journey and are empowered to design their life in any form and completely lose the purpose of their physical presence on this planet. You can’t move an inch without the energy.

The number of moves one takes during their stay on this planet is designed by one energy and if one understands that everything is energy then we have a different picture of the world. However, people do say that energy is everything and it can never be created or destroyed, etc but when it comes to believing and living the life of belief there is no alignment and they surrender their beliefs to the physical bodies in different ways.

I meet different people from entirely different backgrounds in my sessions but one thing is common that they all have Godman in their lives in different forms but when it comes to surrendering to the one energy they hesitate. I am not forcing you to do or blindly follow my word but give yourself one chance and take one step forward towards the energy and surrender yourself to that energy. The one step you take today in the light of awareness will change your perspective as well as your story. If you see something is not right in this world believe me that is also a part of the Universe/ Higher power/ plan.

Even the pandemic which started in 2019 is also part of the plan to teach a lesson. But how can the universe be so cruel but ask yourself when you see your child is not listening to you or doing something which is not human you plan to teach the child a lesson of human values.

In the same way, this is the unique way of the universe to remind everyone that everyone is connected and has come from the same source. Give one month of your life to the energy and see a miracle…

Happy new year to the readers of this post. Today is the third day of the year 2022 and it begins with the new year resolutions and I am sure resolutions are similarly carried to another new year with not many alterations.

So let’s do things differently in 2022 where you have no list of resolutions but a basket list. Give your life a year of happiness by simply following your feelings, not what others are feeling. Let 2022 be a year without algebraic calculations, live this year for yourself, do what matters to you because the things which bring happiness to you, that are the road the universe has assigned to you.

Follow your dreams because 2022 is not only a calendar year but a year chosen by the universe for some of the souls to climb the peak of happiness by simply following their dreams and feelings.

You are the chosen soul for the year 2022 if you don’t agree write in the comment and I have a reason why you should agree. 2022 is the year with no resolutions because this is the year to uncover your potential and authenticity.

In 2022 don’t think about others’ light but allow your light to shine as bright as you can. 2022 is the year to take your story to every part of this planet. There is no one like you and you can’t be anyone. You are special and your journey is specially designed by the universe and everything you go through is part of the plan. There are so many people in this world who are living their lives with no inspiration at all. They don’t find a reason to feel inspired in their places. However, we all know that our placements in this life have been allotted/designed by a higher power/ Universe/ God. So there is no point fighting with the flow of the universe’s energies.

The surrender to the energies of the universe is the best mantra and look for the reasons to appreciate all the living things present on this planet earth. When one understands that everything is sourced from one energy then it becomes easy to appreciate everything and everyone at all times of the season. There is no good or bad individual as well as no time is right and all times are right, no one is trustworthy or everyone is trustful.

The thing to understand is the situation; Everything you see, feel, live, the witness is a situation based, and all the situations are controlled and designed by the Higher power/ Universe/ God. There is a very big misconception among humans who are so sure that their power controls everything around them and in their lives as well as the lives of their loved ones.

But the reality is there is one energy that controls everything all the time: your placement in your life, opportunity, challenges, threats, strength, fortune, sufferings, etc everything you name and energy controls. You think you are the one who is doing everything but you are just a part of the big plan the moment you understand this and surrender yourself to the energy that is the awakening of your soul who resides in your current body. That moment brings a new authentic version of you that knows the power of appreciation and is very clear that appreciation is an inspiration.

The moment you appreciate something on this planet earth it grows. If you appreciate some act of someone you inspire them to do more of that act. There is one more fact that we humans mirror each other when you appreciate something it is because your energy has mirrored that so what you are appreciating in others is because you too have that.

Appreciation is an inspiration as well as magical it has the power to change the world. Once humans believe that everything, every act good or bad is a part of Higher power’s plan and live the life of finding reasons to appreciate everything, everyone in any situation, then we have a world everyone is inspired by every second person…

Let’s make this world an institution of inspiration with the magic of appreciation…

The best and the most successful form of communication is the communication of emotions. When one communicates through the window of emotions that brings the awareness of one’s being which is the seed of humanity. The communication which is witnessed with emotions brings harmony between the individuals.

The individual who is aware of his/her emotions in every communication very well understands the emotions of the other side. Communication with the lens of emotion is a win-win game in any situation. The people who all are good communicators are always aware of their emotional triggers and very well understand the emotions of the other side like a mirror.

The behavior of an individual is the reflection of their emotional state. However, if an individual understands that emotions are a tool to all forms of communication social as well as personal then you witness different types of communications happening everywhere. People will no longer use the power or fear factor to persuade others. It can be replaced with the awareness of the emotions in all communications. If you dig into the history then you can relate to the tools of emotions in any communication that is always powerful and persuasive.

E.g The famous slogan of Netaji Subhash Chander Bose and Bhagat Singh to make India independent from British rule,” Give me blood, and I will give you freedom” everything speaks about the emotions in communication. There are numerous examples in history where one can find the crowd persuading if it starts from the emotions.

The magical part of communication with emotions is it becomes the best tool for the law of attraction. When emotions are taken care of in the communication it brings your authentic self present in the particular moment and you reflect the same. The strategy of communicating with emotions always brings your awareness to the moment you live and in another way it breaks the habit of people who miss the present and travel in the past or future all the time.

Communicating with the emotion is also a technique to meditation where one is aware of one’s self and knows the tides of emotions one has most importantly what experience is responsible for particular emotions. It is like if you want a cup of coffee you don’t need to ask anyone how to get it, your subconscious knows all the steps and you don’t need to refer to any book. Similarly, your body, mind, and soul are aware of the emotions you have and if you allow BMS (Body, mind, soul) to take the driving seat then you will see magic and miracles.

The law of attraction will become your servant who takes orders from the vibration of your words which are the output of any communication you have. You mirror everything in this universe if you communicate with the emotions you mirror the emotions. Once you mirror the emotions then you have all the skills of a persuasive being which can make anyone a good leader.

This is all magical and if it comes to you then there must be a reason… You are chosen for the magic…Believe and you will receive.

Life is all about making choices whether you believe it or not but it is a game of choices that you make all the time consciously or unconsciously. No one is choosing anything for you it is you who makes the selection. Every selection brings a new experience to your journey sometimes you are proud of the choices you made and there are times you regret some decisions.

The choices you made are based on the ground of experiences you have and your perception of the world. We all have a map of the world in our brain and the choices one makes are influenced by one’s map which again depends upon certain factors. In total it is a chain where everything is well connected the choice you made today is the foundation of your tomorrow and your today’s choice is influenced by the choice you made in past.

Everything is a choice right from the start of your day when your alarm beeps to get up or press snooze is a choice just an example. It is all about one’s perception when you understand that life is all that you choose then the world will be different but that’s not true I have met so many people who believe that life chooses them, and they haven’t chosen the life they are living.

Your feelings also play a major role in the choice you make, if you want to make choices in the light of awareness then you must train yourself and alert your guards who will watch all your feelings and if necessary ask the reason for the particular feeling. Everybody knows that either they feel good or okay but are not aware that feeling good or okay is what they chose with the choice they made.

You are eligible for everything present on this planet earth but you must choose. The universe has abundance for you and the choice you make decides the time you enter the life of your authentic self….

One of the most powerful possessions you have is your thoughts. Yes, you read it correctly the most powerful and precious thing which is above all the material possession of the universe is the power of one’s thought. Thoughts are things and if you are aware of the power of your thoughts then you are the happiest and most grateful soul present at this time of the era.

People go from one place to another, read all religions, to understand the existence of God/Higher power/Universe in all the forms not only this, then categorize the energy as per their satisfaction due to all they ignore the universal fact and how the universe works the principle of the law of attraction.

Everything is very simple if you understand the power of your thoughts. The very same thoughts which are running in your mind right now, if you want to laugh out loud after reading this, then laugh louder and you will be amazed to see more reason to laugh in your day because you attract the laugh by programming in your thought factory. You are manifesting everything in your life which you are thinking is the power of thoughts.

I have met different kinds of people from different backgrounds, different education, different work environments, different cultural beliefs, from different geographical areas, home managers, etc. but one thing is common among all of them that they all have thoughts. They all are living the same life of ignorance in which they are not aware of the most powerful possession they have, “The Thoughts”.

If something is coming favorable or unfavorable to their way they call it the fruit of patience, a test of hard times, fortune, past karmas, etc they have a name for everything but are not ready to buy that everything is the result of thoughts they generate and how powerful their thoughts are.

However, we have few people who claim that they know everything about thoughts and advocate the phrase that Grass is always green on the other side of the fence and all thought things look good in the books but in real life a big no and are very negative people.

No one can feel the pain of pebbles which is in your shoe but that one pair of shoe is not permanent neither it is glued with your skin it is just a part of the Higher power/ Universe/ God to make you stronger and sometimes you are picked by the universe to introduce the chapter of life to other humans. The moment you understand this thing you will surely understand the power of your thoughts.

Now get up with pride from your seat and feel everything is yours and you belong to the flow of the universe… Everything you feel, you think is coming to you like a miracle…

You are going to receive the life of a miracle which the universe has arranged for you on one condition that gives your belief to the energy which is inside of you in the form of thoughts…

You are surrounded all the time by the energy of the universe…

All the time you have on this planet in your current physical body is a part of your journey and your trip is planned by a Higher power/ God/ Universe. Everything is decided many years before your arrival/ birth on this planet in the current body and what you see as a struggle, hardship, blessings, fortune, misfortune, etc are none other than different chapters of the life to learn and unlearn many things

. Many times you have been chosen as an example for the present and future lives because you are the trusted and favorite creation of a higher power/ Universe. The most difficult assignment has been assigned to you, which for ignorant people is a hardship. Sometimes we see people with revolutionary thoughts, they are not bad but doing their duty which the universe has assigned them to make people unlearn a few concepts which are not supporting the humans of today.

One example of this is The Bhagavad Gita where many new thoughts have introduced and beautifully summarised different perspectives to see any situation from an unattached from where you are not the physical body but a soul.

A soul can see the action, not the relationship, and most importantly the soul knows the purpose of the presence is to write the chapter which will support future lives. The moment your soul can feel the purpose of your presence at the place you are in the light of awareness; then I must congratulate you that you have discovered your authentic self.

But my experience as a coach for the last 3 to 4 years is that people are kept far away from their authentic selves in many ways and become obsessed. However, people are suffering more from OCD than any other disease. Sometimes this OCD is handed over from one generation to another in the form of heritage, rituals, etc. soaked in the bucket of fear.

However, people who are living fearful life have never been introduced to their authentic selves. Interestingly when you talk to the people or hear their conversation they all claim to be in their authentic selves. I have to say just one thing that authentic self and fear can never be together; when one is there other must not….

Find your authentic self, there is no bad if you need some help to find your authentic self, because you are on the mission and to accomplish your mission you need to find your true self first which Higher power/ God/ Universe has created….

Energy speaks louder than words and your energetic state is your responsibility. You already know that energy is everywhere, it can never be created nor destroyed. You are the energy and the protection of your energy is your responsibility.

You must have witnessed many times in your life that after meeting a few people you feel high on energy, somehow there are few people after meeting them you feel low on energy. The difference between these two kinds of people is because of the energy they carry around them all the time.

The people who make you feel high on energy are positive people with the magnetic qualities of success and happiness. On the contrary, the people who make you feel low on energy are the ones who believe that life is hard, and are negative.

Your meeting with high energy or low energy carries the same and then passes it to others; It becomes a chain. E.g you are meeting high-energy people and attracting the same energy for you and then spreading it to others. To which there is a famous phrase” Birds of the same feather flock together” Which means if you are always high on energy you will always be surrounded by people of high energy because the law of attraction is working for you. Some people must have experienced this many times in their lives in different types of contexts. The reference of some individual who is not physically present in the place of discussion/conversation makes everyone very high and happy; which is the result of the energy that individual carries along with his/her personality.

The above example defines how energy speaks louder than words…

There is no rule for energy, everything is on one’s choice to attract some kind of energy and then vibrate on the attracted energy..

.Everybody talks about meditation and different forms of meditation but if you spent some time of the day watching the energy you are attracting and activate the awareness mode which feels the energy you vibrate that is the best meditation one can have…

The moment you understand the spark and warmth of your energy, you are all ready to enter the next phase of your journey….
