Your enemy lives with you, within you and that is none other than your EGO. Ego drives and controls your journey. The dictator of your life is your ego. Ego looks delicious and it is the fruit of ignorance.

When you ignore the ultimate truth that the energy which created you is the same who has created other humans. How do you feel when you meet your competition, your personal and professional rivalries, etc?

That feeling is the seed of your ego. Ego can be further divided into two constructive ego and destructive ego. There are several examples if you check the history of both to support constructive and destructive ego.

India got freedom from Britishers which is the result of someone’s constructive ego. There are wars between the nations again as the result of destructive ego. The important is to train oneself in a way that one should know the art of attachment and detachment which will lead one journey towards the constructive ego.

However, in the light of awareness ego can be managed and redirected to constructive output. No ego is the balanced emotional space which means the pendulum is in the center if you reach there then you are divine and you understood the universal truth.

Everything, everyone you see, hear, touch, smell, taste, and every human being has come from the same source and goes back to the same. Ego is ignorance and bliss is in awareness.

Choose for you, selection is not difficult to take outside help and live a life of bliss.

The answer is fuel to your future, most of the great stories have been stopped by past experiences and that fails the purpose of your presence on this planet. No past connects more to your core self, your authentic self, and reprogram your subconscious every day with unwavering faith in one thing your purpose which is the reason for your presence and the environment around you.

Nothing happens in one’s life accidentally, everything is planned, observed, and supervised by the higher power/ Universe/ god; give your name but that is energy that controls everything, everyone. This moment wherever you are, whatever the circumstances, if you are ready to feel the light of awareness then this is the moment that has been chosen for you to enter the life of your purpose and reprogram all the memories.

The result of reprogramming is no prints of the past, just the excitement of the future and you very well know that you are the heir of the universe which brings magic in every action you take.

The rejection is not the end but it is the sign that higher power is right behind you and protecting you so that you should not enter someone’s door which can mislead your purpose.

Everything you see, the people you meet, all the opportunities, the things you lose, your failures, your goals, your dreams, success, the relationship, the religion you are born, the experiences, etc are just part of the process which leads your journey to the purpose of your presence and the secret is your faith on your creation. If you give your belief, the layer of unwavering faith, and embrace everything as a part of the process that is the balance that humans seek all the time in their journey on this planet earth in their current physical bodies.

The balance is to give your excitement to day and night, failure is a sign of success celebrate that too, pain defines the joy of happiness, fear shows the strength of faith, etc. If you understand the intensity of creating as well as maintaining balance and practice it in your journey then you can write anything for yourself.

The balance of two different emotions predicts your future journey. You are the star created by the higher power to shine and rise on this planet earth. Your one step due to ignorance and fear wins over faith because when you believe anyone else and goes for the future prediction you lose because everyone is created by that same universe. No one is higher or lower, everyone has their own light and shine.

Anger dominates one’s life and takes it into the world of sickness in different forms and one is depression. Anger is a cycle of storms if not appropriately managed takes one’s identity and spins it with a high intensity inside the head only and to that, we called suppressed anger.

Suppressed anger is very dangerous over some time and becomes depression. The reason for suppressed anger differs for everyone e.g society, expectations, different opinions, self-doubt, negative self-talk, etc. Anger absorption is also a fuel for suppressed anger.

Somehow the belief of people towards anger absorption is a sign of maturity. The sign of maturity is very expensive because the cost is mental peace and takes one’s journey to depression.

Anger is not bad it is an emotion like all other emotions; the way we have all seasons, similarly there certain emotions but one needs to learn how to manage the anger is important. Find your way and save your life because your life is for some purpose. 

HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

Today is a Janamashtmi birth of Krishna, which is a great festival and not only for one Hindu religion but over a period of time, it has spread worldwide. People from different religions, from different parts of the world, are falling in love with Krishna’s consciousness because of various reasons.

Krishna is faith, and Krishna’s consciousness is everything is the part of the process that one needs to enjoy with unwavering faith. When you see the world through Krishna’s consciousness then everything is very beautiful even the pain is not a pain but the pain is the signal that you are in the hands of Krishna under the process of transformation.

Can you imagine yourself as soft clay in the hands of Krishna where you feel that soft press that higher power is giving you because you are not aware of what higher power/ Krishna has planned for you? You are not aware of your glory, the sky where you will rise but Krishna knows everything, and your rightful duty is to surrender yourself to Krishna’s consciousness.

If you can see Krishna in everything; Yes everything, even in the anger, in the love, in all creations, in the air, in the rain, in the bloom of flowers till the flower falls with its time, in the birth and death, happiness and sickness, etc Everything is Krishna, the world will become beautiful and you have a new perspective.

Locate Krishna in everyone at all times and activate Krishna’s consciousness because it is a journey of transformation and being a part of a happy world. 

The expectations from the world cause anger, when no expectation no anger. Everything is beautiful inside out and energy flows in your body uninterruptedly. Can you imagine a life without any disease, a world without any sickness? It’s not a line from any fairy tale but it can be the reality of tomorrow’s world if everybody runs the antivirus of no expectation in their system and process it.

Anger brings stress and stress multiplies the cells which can result in cancer. It is said many times when one is on the journey of reverse cancer cells, one of the best medicine is to watch laughing programs. The chemicals which the body release with happiness and laughter makes cancer cells weaker.

Anger is just an emotion like love, but rather anger takes control of you it is always better that people trained themselves on how to manage their anger. The best and easiest way to manage your anger is to be like a child in your physical body, a child has no expectations so there is no anger.

A child enjoys everything all the time and loves the outside environment with a sparkle in the eyes. If in any case, a child gets angry for something he/she forgets with a blink of an eye because anger is an emotion that very much exists in the world like love. If we talk about let’s eliminate anger from the planet we have to accept that love too will be eliminated.

Both anger and love are emotions but how to allow them and manage them in your journey is your choice. If you are the one who expects certain things in a certain manner like OCD or some history of PTSD and not doing anything for yourself to save your thought process that’s the seed of cancer inside you may be the size is smaller than the size of grain but something is there.

I have seen people who believe that they can be recognized if they have brands around them, don’t think twice about vacations, and love to buy drinks but when it comes to spending or investing in themselves they feel they don’t need it they are perfectly fine, etc.

If we talk about the developed nation US almost 1.9 million cases were diagnosed in 2022 only so where the rest follows, it is dangerous. If we can start a small step toward managing the anger the data can be reversed and nothing is impossible. Go take help and work with someone or talk about your anger.

You are the first one chosen by the higher power/ Universe to reverse the anger.

One day your name will be remembered after your exit from your current physical body to be the first one who initiates and inspired others to have a world where anger is managed and used as fuel…

Believe is magic and it is a bank of one’s limited belief as well as unlimited belief. The quality of life one lives depends upon one’s belief system.

The mountain can be moved without much effort if one’s bank account is filled with unlimited belief. However, with limited belief, it is harder to lift a grain of rice because your limited belief visualizes one grain of rice as bigger than Everest.

If you know the secret of the universe and how to take anything from the abundance of the universe, then you are already aware of this magical term belief. The power of belief is like the heat of sunlight which has magical properties and nourishes everything, everyone all creatures.

Belief is a magical thing, you can heal any deadly disease if you are rich with unlimited belief because an unlimited belief system takes supply from the energy of the universe which is the creator. The life you live is the result of what you believe includes all pleasant and unpleasant experiences.

There is no power that can give you something or take away things from you, but it is your belief system that is responsible for what you have and what you don’t have. If you believe that ABC thing belongs to you then the universe makes all the plans and creates possibilities to bring that ABC into your life which is the power and magic of your belief. What you believe you can achieve, is life easy or hard, you attract opportunities or challenges, etc.

The answers you choose define how much magic you create in your life with the power of belief. Everything starts from what you believe or don’t believe. The achievements, success, hardship, and challenges everything starts from your belief system. Now you are aware of the magic and power of belief then use it to create magic in the world. When you believe something then you can create anything…

This is magic because you get a supply from the universe….

which is the best example of you attracting your kind. If you are compassionate, you meet compassionate people in your journey and you will always say. The world is filled with compassionate people.

However opposite is also true when you always meet people who are opportunists, the definition changes, and the world is filled with the selfish no one cares whether one is alive or dead. People focus on their benefits but it has nothing to do with the world or people one refers to because everyone attracts their kind.

What you don’t like in others is what you are. You see your image when you see the world; what you see is who you are. Change your experiences, and feelings and give yourself a new transform definition that helps you in attracting your choice of flocks of birds.

The world is beautiful and you can attract the most beautiful kind by shaping yourself in a new way. If you want to attract opportunities, success, and happiness activate that in yourself and be the reason for others’ success, opportunities, and happiness. If you are feeling bad then you attract more reason to feel bad.

Change your kind if you are not okay with what you are attracting. You attract all the time because it is the energy that vibrates at a certain transmission. So it is important to be mindful of the people you surround and the environment because everything is a step towards what you attract. If one wants to attract happy people feel happy and generate the happy vibration.

Similarly if one wants to attract opportunities, growth feels that and generates the supporting vibration. Allow yourself to rise and shine.

Energies are infectious and there is no doubt. Some of you have experienced in different events with different people the feeling of confidence or fear etc. It is just an example that has nothing to do with anyone because when you enter a room filled with people, you adopt their energies unknowingly.

When your system is infused with the energies of others that impact your actions, which can give a different direction to your journey. So it is very important to take care of the energies you surround yourself with, not only the impact you when they are surrounded. Sometimes people have very strong energies which infused your system from different parts of the world like when you talk about something or someone it directly hit the chemicals of your brain and you get a smile, laughter, motivation, hatred, etc.

One can exchange energies over calls, messages, emails, handshakes, and greetings. Energies can do miracles and sometimes gives a placebo effect.

Energies persuade all the important decisions one is going to take. Let me explain this differently; Do you know your blood group and the chemicals present in your blood. If someone needs blood what is the procedure, What does even that mean?

Go take blood from anyone out of the huge population, it is not as simple. One has to follow the medical procedure which checks the blood group, history, and chemicals in the blood, and then only one concludes transferring blood from A to B. However if blood can’t be transferred without proper examination then think about energies.

Is it advisable to just represent yourself everywhere and take the energies of anyone?

Energies are infectious and very powerful and can heal any deadly disease, one can achieve anything with energies, energies can make everything possible. Activate in your system the awareness of energies, if you can do this then you can do anything…

The day of your arrival and exit on this planet in your current physical body is all controlled by a higher power/universe. No one, I repeat no one has the power to change the structure which is designed for you.

The source of your arrival, learning chapters, bumpy and smooth rides, etc, everything is planned specifically for you considering your purpose. Your purpose is the task that you have to accomplish till the time you have on this planet.

Your action is closely connected to your purpose or one can say the action you take; takes you closer to the purpose of your presence. However it is not always true the way action takes you to the purpose, similarly it is action only which is responsible to misguide the purpose. So the action is which either can take you to the purpose or take you in the opposite direction.

During a pandemic, yoga is introduced globally and people are loving it all across the world. Yoga is to activate awareness of oneself; It is the awareness of body, mind, and soul that works in the harmony. The coordination of body, mind, and soul directs your action in the light of awareness.

The awareness knows that everything on this planet is connected with the higher power, the universe. We all have come from the same energy, so it activates the hormone love between humans which replaces hatred and changes the picture of the world. The world will be free from the wars and everyone will be on one side working on the one big mission to make this planet a magical planet.

The planet where everyone is aware of the abundance. It is not much difficult just one needs to activate an awareness in the system which gives light to the action and if every action has the light of awareness with yoga effect takes an individual closer to the purpose of presence which is the part of the plan of higher power/universe.
